Awesome work relationship.
Mixing personal issues with business is a big NO!! First of all I replaced all my windows and doors. Home Depot is a thumbs down. I received three sets of French doors damaged. As for Tim, he is very concientious... But I was not happy with the hours. The day ended around 9-10 in the evening and the last day I had poor quality work and personal relationship issues interfere with his work. This made it very uncomfortable! Sparks Construction replaced nearly all of the old wooden windows in my home with high quality vinyl retrofit windows. His work was so perfect and clean, as was his character. It is rare to find a contractor, or person, of his caliber. My new windows are beautiful and QUIET! I LOVE them! Tim also did a beautiful job replacing the shower, floor, toilet, electrical, walls, sink, etc. in my 90 year-old bathroom. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. I don't think you could find a better, more honest, harder working, conscientious contractor.
