Roseville- Sparks--They didn't fix the problem(s).....l regret ever patronizing to this shade tree auto shop, not only was their behavior and lack of mannerism a proper way to do business; their communication skills are well below a business level...the estimate and what they said was fixed; was not, l brought my vehicle right back in (the next business day) and they acted as though I attempting to get something for free, as a business owner myself, I know this matter MUST BE REPORTED... #NOStars
I would not recommend this auto repair company. I asked for a quote to fix my sons car that had just been in an accident, and also commented that if it wasn't worth fixing, that I would also like to know that as well. They quoted to fix only the visible effects of the accident, the rear axle, Rather than quoting the entire car. After 6 days in the shop and the car being "fixed", my son drove the car the next morning; the brake line is broken - making the brakes unable to stop the car, putting my sons life in danger-, the dri... read more
