Update: The last few visits to this shop have caused me to edit my previous review. Recently I had an engine problem so, naturally, I took it to my trusted mechanics. But the last few times the experience has been much different than usual. My truck was there over a month waiting for parts that I could have driven 2 hrs for and brought back that day! They didn't want to be bothered or discuss another source for the parts. When the parts finally did arrive, they got them installed pretty quickly, but I suspect that's only bec... read more
