Came in for a low tire light, and they got us in and out in less than 10 minutes. The gentleman were so kind and professional.
I went to Sparks a couple of months ago to have my intoxalock removed. I meant to review at the time but got caught up in life and forgot (oops!). They did quick work and they fit me in the same day I called them even though they had a full schedule. They were kind, easy to talk to and not judgemental about me having the device. They even aired up my crumby tire that has a slow leak so that I could make it back to oskaloosa safely. 10/10 would recommend them.
When we moved to town maybe 13 years ago I didn’t know anyone and felt taken advantage of by several other bigger repair shops. My neighbor told me about the great experience he had with Mike who was just up the road and encouraged me to go there. My neighbor was tight with his money and very particular about who he trusted ;0) My kids and I have taken all of our vehicles there since, brand new and old. Mike has swapped batteries at my house, made “emergency” evaluations on vehicles for my kids and stayed late multiple times... read more
