I WENT IN WITH MIXED UP INFORMATION IN MY HEAD WHAT I NEEDED AND THEY WHERE ABLE TO GET THE RIGHT INFORMATION FROM ME TO GIVE ME THE RIGHT PARTS I NEEDED AND GOOD INFORMATION ABOUT THEN. Took 3 fairly new Echo chainsaws in that basically neededa carb cleaning...lady on the phone was courteous so I gave it a try..walked in..was discouraged by the conversation with who I thought was the owner....against my better judgement left my chainsaws...now over $300 later I have 3 chainsaws that run no better and withe the long drive a lot of nonproductive time...this guy just wants to sell you new...AVOID this one...
