I rarely write reviews but I just want to share my experience and advise against going to Sparks. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic that won’t up charge you as a woman and it’s safe to say Sparks falls in with the untrustworthy mechanic shops. I was charged to replace a part in my car that I changed a few years prior. The part that allegedly needed to be replaced doesn’t typically go bad within a few years. Sparks has hands down been the best automotive care I’ve ever been to. Staff are friendly, straight to the point and hardworking. They genuinely care about your safety and providing an excellent service. If you’re a loyal customer and just want to make sure your vehicle is okay they will inspect your vehicle free of charge.

Have a brother that has been going to them for quite awhile excellent service
Have been bringing my car here for everything it needs and they always get it fixed fast and have by far the most fair process I’ve experienced with any shop. The only shop I’ll go to.
