I've been in the area for a couple years now and this shop has a core of honesty and integrity that I haven't seen in a while. My vehicle needed to have work that I was unable to afford at the current moment and John was understanding, nonjudgemental, and helped get me the information I needed to proceed. 10/10 would recommend!
I rarely write reviews but I just want to share my experience and advise against going to Sparks. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic that won’t up charge you as a woman and it’s safe to say Sparks falls in with the untrustworthy mechanic shops. I was charged to replace a part in my car that I changed a few years prior. The part that allegedly needed to be replaced doesn’t typically go bad within a few years.
