How can I begin The two of the three are extremely rude and make up stories. The younger girl who asked for drivers license and social security card, kept it in her copy machine on the first day . I had to drive back after numerous calls to hope they didn’t keep them. Theresa who is obviously the boss, made me wait outside . Very stange goverment facility, they do not identify who they are. This woman was asking all sorts of personal questions, and then manipulating me, and saying I had to answer everything she asked because I called her. They are on the IRS website under tax help, but I seriously felt I was talking to a scammer. I almost reported her when she refused to give her name, or answer if she worked for the IRS. No way I am getting Tax Help here!

Not the same place it used to be, the staff now (2 women)are unfriendly and there is no one to help when you have questions. It used to be fun going in there but now its terrible.
