We are Southwest Idaho's first direct primary care practice, providing full scope family medical care for a low monthly fee. We negotiate wholesale pricing on medications, imaging and labs and by NOT billing insurance, we save most of our patients time and money. This business is not the same since previous ownership, that I will tell you. There was a time I believed in all aspects of what this business did, so much so, I created an employee benefits program for my 30 plus staff members to receive the incredible care I once received under their office. Following the ownership transition, I can no longer recommend nor participate in their business practices. My experience since then has been truly horrendous. There is so much more I could say but I will leave it at that.
Probably my favorite Dr. of all time! He really takes time to listen and educates me doesn’t just give quick fixes. I never feel rushed. The staff is sweet and helpful. The office is very clean. They were able to get me in same day. I love that he also does adjustments because he’s a D.O.
I really wanted to love this place, but they were vaccine pushy and tried finding issues with my infant when we first brought her in for her initial appointment. So we discontinued service, I wouldn’t recommend any doctors office that’s pushy with vaccines, especially after 2020… I expect that from a pediatrician, not a direct primary care/family medicine practice.
I’m sure the business and programs they offer are great, unfortunately I would never know seeing as how I’ve left two voice messages trying to at least talk to a person about scheduling an appointment and have not gotten a phone call back over a month later. If they aren’t available to make new appointments for new patients that’s understandable but not even getting a phone call returned is unfortunate. I will clarify and update after the owners response and will not be guilt tripped into changing my rating. You may not deserve one star but you definitely don't deserve 5. They never answer the phone and I could never get a follow up or call back regarding my prescriptions, which was new, not existing, and prescribed off of a voicemail I left 2 weeks before, then it was all of a sudden at Albertsons pharmacy and I still had no notification.
