Incredibly kind, compassionate people on their staff. My parents made pre-need arrangements with them, and that made everything much easier. Genna Paulson, Funeral Director, and Kaelah Packer, Office Administrator, went out of their way to make sure every little detail of the service was exactly what we wanted.
