Love Mickey's teaching style, deep pranayama knowledge and kindness that shines brightly. The one month pranayama course I attended was amazing , super helpful and powerful! Really enjoying the practise and looking forward to more classes in the future! Thanks Mickey lots of love!
Have just returned from a Sparkly Yoga Retreat and absolutely loved it! Mickey and Cadia hold such a loving space and are so knowledgeable, both sharing their wisdom with us. Have come away feeling inspired to continue my practice and learnt some wonderful new tools to incorporate. Looking forward to attending more of their retreat in the future.
Mickey and Cadia's retreats provide a vital service to one's mental health and general wellbeing during unprecedented and uncertain times. Can't recommend Sparkly Yoga enough!!! Mickey is one of the best yoga teachers I have met. I always leave his classes feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It's clear he has truly studied this ancient practice on a very deep level and I appreciate his teachings on and off the mat. 5 STARS!
Absolutely loved the retreat of Mickey and Cadia! Beautiful location, amazing teachers and participants :) Will definitely attend another one of your retreats! It felt like a week rather than a weekend - I came home totally relaxed and back in balance. The energy of Mickey and Cadia is calm, positive and warm. Thanks for sharing!
