We have always had GREAT service with Sparkling Waters. They arrive when they say they will. You don't get a three to four window. They are a very reliable business. They are our go to pool service.
They come for 10 mins and send you a picture of your pool. This company is not proactive to making it right. I do regret paying them my hard earned money. Response: We closed the auto feed valve off and we both determined that there was no leak. Those pictures taken by me are a few hours after you tech left. My daughter's house up the Street which you service are not happy with you service. My neighbor Joe is not happy with your service either. Their pools look just like my pool in the pictures. Had to get rid of them of service they said they cleaned my filters and vacuumed! As you can see this is a half hour after they left! And I have a birdcage. I also have cameras all over, also in mind there is no vacuum on the truck he was driving
David the owner was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions with expertise and patience. He fixed our problem quickly and even checked and fixed some things that we didn't even call him about. Excellent service. Thank you!
