Today I had eight of my lower teeth pulled. It went pretty smooth. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist yes, even as a grown-up, but I’ve been going there since I moved back here 10 years ago and I don’t have any anxiety or anything when I come to the Dentist anymore even with things like getting all these teeth pulled and the end result is a beautiful smile. The first time I went the staff was amazing. Then there was electric fire sending me to the Chicago Heights office. This was because some of the temp filling came out! No problem but when I went back to the Kedzie off I waited one & half past my appointment. The chair was all busted up and filling coming out! But sat quietly waiting, waiting on the dentist. She gave me pain med and said she needed to wait which is fine. But took her 20mins to come back. Then the real pain began. She fix the crown and cleaned my teeth. Apt wa... read more

My experience was the staff was very unprofessional! I was told things that never happened so therefore I moved my business elsewhere.

I appreciate the efforts of the dentists at the Highland IN location, and love Mildred at the Highland IN front desk. But the admin staff is unprofessional and unskilled. After several appointments with them and requesting cost summaries they never disappoint in asking me to pay upfront. They seem to always be looking for ways to create a problem with my insurance.
