I appreciate the efforts of the dentists at the Highland IN location, and love Mildred at the Highland IN front desk. But the admin staff is unprofessional and unskilled. After several appointments with them and requesting cost summaries they never disappoint in asking me to pay upfront. They seem to always be looking for ways to create a problem with my insurance.
