Sparkling Roof gave us a bid based on the number of "squares" of roofing materials used on our original roof based on a satellite photo. The cost included a complete gutter clean-out, minor repairs to loose shingles. etc. On clean day, they provided catch-basins on the gutter downspouts and disposed of the chemical so that it would not kill the grass. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised at how great my roof and eaves looked after the guys at Sparkling Roof cleaned them I had to praise their work. They were efficient, careful, and extremely professional. I did not realize how much algae had accumulated until watching them work. They were patient with my many questions and explained everything thoroughly. It was obvious they cared about good old-fashioned customer service!
