We have been customers of sparkling pools for years. We had a problem with a component of our pool system and ask for them to take a look at it they decided on their own, without ever discussing with us, to change the part for a used item. And if we wanted to do something different we would be charged a second time for the labor. I wish I could give 0 stars. I have always tried to support small businesses, but I’ve had enough with these people. Every single time I come in they are curt, patronizing, dismissive or outright rude. For whatever reason, I kept coming back. This morning I came in to make hundreds of dollars in purchases for my pool. As I stepped in I was shooed out and scolded, while being told they are conducting business outside. First off they don’t even let you go In the store not sure what that’s all about. The Guy was rude and not helpful. And to top it all off he Tried charging me $8.99 for a gallon of chlorine!
