They mean well and nice folks but they started strong and then declined severely. Techs miss things seemingly each week, pool opening was flawed including unbonded pump and incorrect valve settings, and antifreeze left in spa lines which were spewed into the spa when we first used it! And their team is only intermittently responsive. Service team at office isn’t organized and doesn’t always follow-up and doesn’t seem to have knowledge of your pool. Again nice folks but don’t do what they need to - remove the burden of caring for your pool.

My experience with the service afforded to customers by the Sparkling Pools technicians and especially, Paula Alvarez, the administrative face of the company, has been exemplary!! Her care, competence and prompt attention in coordinating and resolving my needs have made my dealings with Sparkling Pools seamless and affirming.
