Had high hopes when hiring Alexzander and his team. We asked him to service our pool and he mentioned that an acid wash was a good option and said we can convert to salt water pool. After we dropped $1500 to get it done, we filled the pool back up, just to find out that that we couldn’t convert to salt water pool because he said our system was outdated and needed to be replaced for $3400. Asked the Owner who was Sparkling Pools before and now changed to Clearview Pools to go back and clean the return waterfall because it was green. They did not go back and instead decided to terminate my pool services. After I paid them for this weeks pool service and paying them all through the winter when the pool was not even in use.
I had a pool party coming in 3 days. Called every pool guy around, all of them wanted an extreme amount of money. I spoke them sent a picture of my pool and WWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! I can’t even believe it was the same pool!! It’s local and friendly and they know their stuff!! I’m on their weekly schedule now.
This guy Alexander came last minute right before our company pool party and took care of one of the most disgusting pools I’ve seen in a long time at our rental property , he knew exactly what the issue was and had the pool ready for the party that same evening . Highly recommend his services !!!! Thank you Alexander !!
