I requested to replace the filter sand via phone call and text message because I did several shocks and vacuumed to waste according to the swimming pool contractor but I got little improvement on the water color. Replacing the sand will cost between $150.00 to $200.00. The Sparkling Pool Service arrived on Monday and assured that the filter sand is fine and he needs to do a super shock which I told him it was done without results.
