I got my nails done today for Halloween I showed a photo of what I want and it was a fantastic job. im so so happy. I have been going here for about 2 years and the staff are wonderful
Staff “seem” nice but it’s definitely an act, told the lady multiple times I wasn’t happy with the length & then again with shape & then the polish topped of the disappointment! Definitely won’t be back, been here 3 times and first time was good the other 2 times which includes todays visit if I could NO stars I would! The photos couldn’t capture the disappointment but the bumps and thickness of this set is gross 🤢
I’m giving one star because the staff seemed nice. Otherwise I’d give 0 stars if I could. The nails are the WORST nails I’ve EVER had done. I paid $90 dollars for a full set with French tip and two glued flowers. It seemed like this was this person’s first set of nails. She was so rough with my cuticles and left acrylic product all over my skin (see pictures) For $90 ($5 per glued flower!) it’s absolutely disgraceful. So, so uneven. Absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and they really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. My nails came out flawless, exactly how I wanted them, and the attention to detail is amazing. The salon itself is super clean, relaxing, and has a lovely atmosphere. I’m definitely coming back, and I’ve already recommended it to friends. If you’re looking for great service and beautiful nails, this is the spot!
