Excellent service from the beginning. They delivered the tub and set it up, thorough explanation of how to operate and maintain the tub. Definitely recommend this company.
Best experience i ever had for a hot tub. We recently got rid of you absolute garbage tub from coast spas (yes I name names cause their tub suck) that kept breaking either heater coil or pump every year, and decided to go with Sparkling Mountain Spa instead. After lots of research on hot tubs about 2 years ago we pulled the trigger on a Sparkling Mountain Spa. We absolutely love the tub, it's great for our family and I get compliments on it every time we have guests over, both outside and inside. The after sales support is top notch here. Tanya is always willing to help with water balancing issues, chemical recommendations or anything else. If you ever have an issue, Matt and team come out promptly and service the tub right on site. We shopped around and took great attention to details. They have extras not all companies offer. And they don’t contract out repairs. You won’t be disappointed Prices are competitive , professional and knowledgeable
Tanya was great, put a deposit a few months ago until my renos were done, they held it for over 3 months and finally got it installed today. Matt was awesome, he did a fantastic job and took the time to explain everything, the electrical looks amazing and did a nice job. Highly recommend it.
