We didn't know anything about hot tubs at all. We visited a lot of different shops and did our research but felt most comfortable with Sparkling Mountain who did a great job. They did all of the electrical work for us, and as part of that we were able to determine the location, get the right model and confirm it would fit all ahead of time since space was really tight. A big thank you to Matt and Tanya for helping us purchase our very first hot tub and get it all set up (twice!). Matt works as an electrician as well, so it was a big help to be able to have him work on the electrical upgrades to our home. And when we realized we wouldn't have a patio for a few months, he was able to set it all up for us in a temporary location, then returned to empty it and move it to it's permanent home, for which we're entirely grateful. We have had our hottub for just over a year now. And we love it. I've meant to write a review last year because Matt was so awesome in the entire set up process from start to finish and he is an electrician so he did everything!! After the set up he explained everything so clearly to us and told us to contact him or Tanya if we had any questions or concerns.
