Sparkling Mount Spas came to our house and installed our tub on time and in budget. The owner and staff had incredible customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we understood how to properly use our new to us hot tub, without making us feel pressured for time. They cleaned up afterwards and we hardly new they were there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub.
Absolutely blown away with how friendly and supportive the staff here is. I have been searching around at hot tubs for a few months (mostly on marketplace) as I was looking for the best price. Best experience i ever had for a hot tub. We recently got rid of you absolute garbage tub from coast spas (yes I name names cause their tub suck) that kept breaking either heater coil or pump every year, and decided to go with Sparkling Mountain Spa instead. After lots of research on hot tubs about 2 years ago we pulled the trigger on a Sparkling Mountain Spa. We absolutely love the tub, it's great for our family and I get compliments on it every time we have guests over, both outside and inside. The after sales support is top notch here.
