In case y’all didn’t know the flash drive is only for the person that owns the vehicle to see the footage, but TESLA AUTOMATICALLY gets sent the footage if someone hits the car!!!!!!!!! AND THE AUDACITY YALL HAD TO SAY HE COULDN’T LOOK AT YALLS CAMRA FOOTAGE, HOW DARE YALL DISRESPECT SOMEONE LIKE THAT AND THE FACT YOU HAD THE SAME CAR!!!!!!!! 🙄🤮
Terrible service all around . My car came out stained and worsen after wash. They wouldn't take responsibility of their actions and totally disrespectful. This franchise is about money and not service. What they put me through I wouldn't wish to anyone. Take your car elsewhere.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I strongly suggest going ANYWHERE else. Simoniz car wash has left me with a bad taste in my mouth more than once. For starters, I had bought the monthly package deal for unlimited washes. They do not care to give you your air freshener that you paid for as part of the package, I have to remind them every single time. ... These are the least of my issues though.
