I basically paid $109 for a regular carwash... Very disappointed... Paid for the mats/ carpet as well as upholstery deep cleaning ($109 total) and asked for a "new car" smell. They said they would clean the trunk as well. When I picked it up, upholstery was vacuumed at best (definitely not deep cleaned). Mats were slightly wet but had dirty spots on them (doubtful they deep cleaned - more like sprayed and cleaned with a rag at best). Car still smelled dirty (no "new car" freshener was applied). I paid $45 for the super wash, they said it would be an hour it took an hour and a half. When they were finished there were still major bugs on the grill, had to tell him to get them off. They used an abrasive something on the hood and left scratch marks, also on the headlights scratched up. Then I was driving an tire warning came on. When I went to put air in the valve stem had been broken so I had to called AAA out to change my tire until I can get it fixed. This damn car wash cost me more money.
