I was very impressed with the job they did cleaning my home, like the name states, it was sparkeling when it was done. When it comes to residential and commertial cleaning, they are the best maid service Ive found. House Cleaning West Bend WI
Some cleaners are great but you get a different one each time. Cob webs on lamp shades, missed cleaning of the microwave, rugs never put back in place, ... but worst of all is the fact that all kinds of things are missing now, especially smaller items that are still in their packages.
They are thiefs. After numerous cleanings things went missing and the owners will not take responsibility for reimbursing us for the thefts. Stay away from this company they are CROOKS
They did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I was very impressed with the customer service as well. They really took care of me.
I had never used a house cleaning service before, but I like to support the businesses in my immediate West Bend area and Im glad I did because Im going to continue to use this service!
Scheduled monthly cleanings - waited a month, received a call the night before "our day" asking us to delay the cleaning another week. Was very satisfied when the day finally came. Five weeks later someone else was sent and the cleaning was terrible - rings in toilets, sand on floor, dust still on knickknacks - just the edges were dusted. Very unhappy! When I called to complain I was asked to give them another chance and see what the next month brought. So much for the satisfaction guarantee, as I was told if we ever werent ... read more
