I had an exceptional stay at Sparkling Hill Resort. Traveling solo, I felt completely safe and well cared for…the service throughout was warm, professional, and made me feel truly valued. The valet team was excellent, and dining at PeakFine Restaurant was a standout. The filet mignon was outstanding, and the service was equally impressive. We had a great time, as always. Super relaxing, fantastic service, and spectacular views. Three ways the experience could be even better: 1. The dinner menu at Peakfine restaurant is overpriced and underwhelming. 2. A clock in the sauna/steam area would be helpful. 3. Management should find ways to reinforce the ‘no talking’ policy in the spa. We found it very annoying that some guests lacked the self-awareness to keep their voices down in the spa areas. Sparkling house is the place you go to for reconnecting, refreshing, and refocusing when you’ve had quite a few months of hard work, family, intensity, or just general Malays. It seems like every year we come here the experience seems to get better and better with the amenities and the staff being above and beyond what you would expect. Room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The view if the lake and hills was very relaxing. We very much enjoyed the saunas and steam rooms. The tea room was particularly peaceful, didn't spend near enough time there. We sure do hope to visit again soon.
