5 stars all around, service was amazing, room was nice and clean, food was excellent and a the amenities thst come with the stay are amazing. The free breakfast is an actual menu item delicious and filling breakfast. The included steam rooms and pools are all amazing. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, and relaxing few days away

The rooms REALLY need to be updated. Not sure if they’ve changed the decor or paint since they opened 15 years ago. It’s a shame they took away the breakfast buffet. It was stopped during covid… and never continued. Also, spas should be open all day. I understand cleaning etc. but they can add a couple more hours Cool resort but they’re missing some amazing things to make it great
Not sure where to start…. I planned this trip back in beginning of November as there was a flight seat sale and well….. I am reviewing my final invoice and see that they have charged me an additional vehicle when we paid that the moment we arrived, now I will have to wait for days to have a response. Extremely hard to get ahold of anyone at the hotel to help with bookings and trying to change reservation. Overall a great experience. The only feedback we would give would be for the food - very limited veggie options and some of the items were not available even though they are a part of the menu . And second , the hotel should provide water bottles in each room. Checkout times should be a little late. Overall we enjoyed our time , meenakshi the front desk supervisor was a great host.
