Their email got hacked , and it affected my email address so heavily that now I receive about 20 spam mails every day so I contacted practice and asked them to delete my file completely to prevent more damage than they already did. I was assured that my file has been deleted and I will no longer receive anything from sparkling dental. Unfortunately I have been lied to because four days later I have received an email from them.
Sparkling dental will be the only dental clinic I visit from now on, I had regularly attended a previous clinic over the last few years however I came to Dr. Jenny for an emergency dental appointment and received the best care. I'm currently 5 months pregnant, and was suffering extreme pain with my tooth and gums - I was given a misdiagnosis and poor advice from my previous dentist that led to me seeing Dr Jenny in an emergency.
