Went there today and got a manager’s special. Inside windows were not wiped down. Vacuum job was subpar. Didn’t wipe down the whole inside. Sprayed air freshener in and it was overpowering. They stood and talked instead of cleaning the car. Paid $40 for a job worth $5. The only one to seem to be doing his job was Barney the macaw entertaining the customers. Didn’t have time to complain to have our car washed a second time when it should have been done the first time.
I have a 9 year old Acura that was starting to show her age through 6 years of driving around with kids. On top of that, a gallon of milk had gotten left in the trunk for 4 days and the car was smelling rotten! I got a full detail including the interior package. The car looks amazing! Like new inside and out. They took extra time shampooing the trunk, and there is no more milk smell. Got to say I'm disappointed. I got the managers special and my third row wasn't swept out. Why charge me extra for a suv if your not going to do the work?
I got the Dazzler...however they did not wipe down the door handles and I was told they didn't do that. They do windows, door jams but not the door handle! Unbelievable!
