The gentlemen were friendly and efficient, accepting the increased requests i gave and completing them quickly and better than expected. Aged carpets looked new and long -term stained areas faded to simply looking lived-in. What could have meant full replacement, is now fresh, clean and comfortable in bare feet!! Thanks!!
They did an amazing job on my carpet—it honestly looks brand new. The stains that I thought would never come out are completely gone, and the whole room feels fresher and cleaner. You can tell they paid attention to detail and took their time to do it right.
