Jessica and her team did a fantastic job on one of our rental units. They suggested a deep clean with an Ozone treatment for a fresh smell. A professional job and a reasonable price. Will be using them again for our other units.
Jessica worked for me last season at the club that I manage. Her communication is poor, whether it's emails or phone calls she doesn't bother to return. There were a couple of times that she just didn't show. The work that she and her team does is bare minimum. I would check their work and point out things you need to be better or fixed but there is a lot of push back and reluctance to do better work. Prices were egregious and quality of work was terrible. They ruined an entire load of towels by adding in a red work rag which left marks on all of my towels. Jessica was very unresponsive. Terrible service. Terrible quality work Highest prices we’ve been charged ever. HDO NOT RECOMMEND.
