I posted my displeasure working with David. He responded it was my fault. This goes to show what I dealt with. I never refused repairs. Repair help was never offered. I was told it was my fault the pool was having issues. But I hired Sparkling Pools to take care of the pool. David only said I had a leak without ever verifying the leak or suggesting what I needed to do next. He offered a refund but never gave it. Later telling me he owed me nothing. I used this company last summer. They did not stop by as scheduled even though they said they did but curiously my Ring Door bell which picks up everything never picked them coming but every once in a great while. My pool water started to turn green so I canceled and a new company came in and said it looked like my pool hadn't been treated in a month or more. In addition they told me the pool wasn't running long enough. After about a week and lots of chemicals the new pool company was able to get my pool back in shape.

For the past few years I have really struggled in finding a decent pool service company. The companies I used in the past either never show up when they said they would, would provide mediocre service, or failed to address issues in a timely manner. I am so happy and relieved to have found Sparkling Blue Pool Service for my Boynton Beach Home! My technician, is the best. My pool has never looked better! I now feel that my pool is in the right hands. Thank you Joel and thank you Sparkling Blue Pool Service.
