Wish I could give 1/2 a star! I'm the HOA President and we "inherited" this company from the previous Board. Bart the owner of Sparkling Blue Pools lacks professionalism, integrity and threatened to punch a board member in the face when we cancelled his contract with our HOA for poor service. He is a "one man show", looking for the "easy jobs". I highly recommend you PASS on this company and find a reputable pool service that you can trust to do the job right. He can do minor repairs and that's where he'll "make his money". ... read more
