We had a difficult to diagnose problem a NEW router that turned out to be providing intermittent service. Gage spent several hours here and showed remarkable patience and persistence. In addition he was very polite and respectful.
Trevor exceeded my expectations! I was having issues with my internet connection and I didn't know what to do. I needed it for work. That's when Trevor swooped in like a super hero and saved the day. He was speedy, professional and thorough. I was able to return to work with no more issues! Thank you Trevor because of you I will be recommending Sparklight to everyone!
Deceptive! I have had a horrible experience with this company! They use the hook and bait sells to reel clients in! The person I called claiming at the Longview office( William), claimed he was the manager, stated,"I promise, I will give you a year deal for $58.14." To say the least, that was the first of my problems. Going forward, the billed came. It was incorrect. It was over one hundred dollars! From there, they promised up to at least 1-6 gigs, not true! Trevor was excellent. He went above and beyond to hook up my service . Very polite and made sure I could work my WiFi at the end of the appointment. I’m so happy I went with Sparklight !
I have had nothing but problems with Sparklight. After almost 2 months it isn't even installed yet, but I am receiving bills and Thank you for being a great customer. I have had 3 field techs out and the 1st one did everything correctly and got the physical parts ready, but there was no room in the HUB (even though they sold it to me as ready), but there was also an outage and he could not get the service turned on so he referred it to the inside part of tech support.
