It has not been a very pleasant experience with this company. This company's salesmen use a tactic inwhich they lure you in, then you receive the bill and it somewhat higher. I do not know how many times techs have come to my residence. I've explained the line is to low. They have dismissed it. Guess what? Lately the service has been intermittent. When I need to have access, the speed is reduced to less than 10 MBPS. I have to restart the modems to get any speed at all. When I call, I can’t get a person! When text did arrive, they told me there was something wrong with my phone instead of their equipment, but their equipment continues to fail!
Mr. Casey Gibson came out and helped The previous technician did not do a great job locating my internet, and Mr. Cassey took care of me.
Internet has been out for over 24 hours. Does not show outage in area. Have tried calling and can never get through to report it. Remain on hold for 2 hours and no representative! This is not a rare occurrence!
My monthly bill went from $31.95 a month to $94.00 a month. I new it would increase after the introductory period had ended, but I had no idea it would triple. Now I've got to find another Internet provider. Update: The above post was about a week after my promotion ended. Now they have sent me a bill in the mail for $213.00. I think these people have lost their mind. I've emailed them long ago. Still waiting on an answer.
