Don't do it. They were charging my mom $350 something dollars a month for what she had. When I found out I got to looking at her account. They fixed her up with a sports package she is 83 years old. She had a lot to watch however she doesn't watch that much TV. I pretty much think they are lacking in the customer service department. The first red flag is that when you call them you are not talking to the people that are in Dyersburg Tennessee. You have to physically go up there to talk to anyone locally. While they have had some issue in that area of late. Issues are not constant and you will have that anywhere with anyone. The fact that they get on issue and work hard to fix and problem to keep from happening again. Good prices for what I need

Goes out twice a month for 2-3 days for apparent cut fiber cables as they like to call it seems like a issue with there system more than anything highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve had several internet providers across the multiple towns in multiple states we’ve lived in, and I can honestly state this has been the worst experience. Others may charge high prices, but their services work. Sparklight has high prices and their service is unreliable. They have a long term outage (multiple hours) every month. Before these started, we used to have drops of a few seconds or minutes throughout the day. Based on what I see on Facebook versus here, they must delete older negative reviews.
