While they have had some issue in that area of late. Issues are not constant and you will have that anywhere with anyone. The fact that they get on issue and work hard to fix and problem to keep from happening again. Good prices for what I need

Goes out twice a month for 2-3 days for apparent cut fiber cables as they like to call it seems like a issue with there system more than anything highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve had several internet providers across the multiple towns in multiple states we’ve lived in, and I can honestly state this has been the worst experience. Others may charge high prices, but their services work. Sparklight has high prices and their service is unreliable. They have a long term outage (multiple hours) every month. Before these started, we used to have drops of a few seconds or minutes throughout the day. Based on what I see on Facebook versus here, they must delete older negative reviews. No service crews to fix multiple outages in the last few months. Using third parties to fix their problems.

Worst internet service ever!!! More outages this year than I can count! And they will deny having most of them.🙄 If you are considering Sparklight..DON'T! Literally pick any other option in your area!
