Great when it works, but is down way too often. I formally had a work from home job and continual dropping of service cost me time and money. I currently have an exposed line running across my backyard and in the month of April required service at least 5 separate occasions. Service is friendly but tech support is unable to offer any true assistance and it leaves you very frustrating. Currently seeking better options in my area

Oh yeah If you're using spark light currently you are getting screwed on your bill! New customers are paying way less their system is set up so you can't even see what they're getting charged for new service! If you have spark light cancel go with anybody else you can! They just increased my bill by $5 put me at $60 a month for 1 gig but a new customer for 3 years can get one gig for $45! Service cancellation to come...
Internet has gone out 3 times this week. Also went out for several days last month. Seriously considering switching to another company. Update on my internet issue. To date the internet has gone out exactly 10 times in the past 3 months. A technician came out 2 weeks ago and said he knew what the problem was but he was not qualified to fix it and that a supervisor would be coming out in the next few days.
