It is totally garbage. We've been without internet for days which definitely defeats the purpose of our security system. The outages are often. The service is spotty. Sparklight is such a waste of money. Even when I called, I got passed from person to person. It took HOURS to get an appointment for someone to come fix it and it won't be for days. Plus it's an all day window they give. Will you be home 8am to 5pm? Ummmm no... I will not just hide in my house all day for a chance you may actually show up to your appointment.
In the past up until June of this year, I never had a problem with Sparklight for years. I don't what to say about the on the again off again service even with a new setup. I wish I could say 5 stars but until it's resolved I can't.
Absolute worst internet in town!!! It goes out atleast once a day for several Minutes and even when it does work the speeds are absolutely horrible!! Unfortunately no one else will come out to the apartments we live in or I would switch in a heartbeat!
I am impressed as of now. I have had no outages and my internet and tv and phone operate as they should. I just hope this is not a fluke and the service stays as it is right now.
