The internet has gone down twice today and almost everyday since switching to the new system. I refuse to constantly reboot the modem. Two weeks ago I spoke with the customer service. She scheduled an appt for me and the appt was subsequently cancelled the day of the appt. No notice to me. Only upon follow up by me did I know. I should not have to constantly reboot. I am not calling customer service for the very reasons mentioned above. So now......
Douglas S. was wonderful. Arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional and resolved my tv issue very quickly. I have always received excellent service from Sparklight.
Douglas was wonderful! He not only fixed our problem that another technician couldn't, but he went outside and did maintenance on our wifi without asking him to do so. He is thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and a real asset to your company. I highly recommend this man. He is one in a million!
Terrible!! Please don’t waste money on this internet provider! Reset my router multiple times and have the highest plan yet it’s still so LAGGY! I can’t even get through one game without lagging. My ping is 17ms then jumps to 330ms mid game. I am right next to the router as well.
I forgot to say that after I turned in my modem when I canceled for their terrible service they 'lost it' and sent the debt to collections so I had to pay 500 dollars on that shit too. Google asked me if I forgot to add anything.
