Really upset with this company. I requested service for my address and paid everything that was required. I called back to ask when will the technician would be coming out. No common courtesy to call back or to even email me to let me know that my address isn’t available. So they kept the money for credit and for what if I can’t get service. I’m waiting for a refund of 98.93. Sorry y’all I don’t have that kind of money to throw away.

I arrived from Edna,TX thinking the store closed at 5:30P. It actually closed at 5P but at 5:07P Stephanie came to the door and allowed me to return my equipment. Sony was also working and these two ladies absolutely provided 5-star service for me. If only the product were as good as its employees:( I almost reconnected my service simply because their customer service was/is exceptional. You. GO. GIRLZZZaaahh💯😬⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
