I arrived from Edna,TX thinking the store closed at 5:30P. It actually closed at 5P but at 5:07P Stephanie came to the door and allowed me to return my equipment. Sony was also working and these two ladies absolutely provided 5-star service for me. They have horrible installation service they don’t communicate with each other being trying to get service for two days requested to speak supervisor said he was going to call haven’t received any response and I called twice do not consider your time and I don’t even have service yet 01/02 Again they have wasted my time they had me waited my whole day and did not show and didn’t even call to let me know I have call 10 times they were supposed to come Monday for main line was not done until Friday installation was supposed to... read more
