My Sparklight team members Robert and Doug were very helpful in solving my problem I was having with some channels not showing up! Definitely happy with my service!
the service drops more than it is up... have a good cell phone as a back your service up if you have to have internet.
If you try to call the store all you get is an automated “help” ai that tells you to unplug the modem. Then tries to connect you to an agent line that isn’t in use. Technical support phone line on the website states disconnected. There is no direct line to speak to the store near me that I can find. The office is only open for 4 hours a day from 9-1. On top of all this I’ve never achieved the internet speeds they advertise. I’ve had nothing but issues using this provider.
Personnel was friendly and helpful but wait time on hold is ridiculous. And was cut of 6 times while on hold.
Eli was very friendly and knowledgeable about installing my EERO router and Modem for our 1 Gb setup on-base. He stuck around to even make sure all the software updates, wire fittings, and speeds were checked inside and outside of the home. Can’t recommend his level of customer service enough.
