Can’t say much since $7 is as basic as it gets. Wash, rinse. Woop de doo. But it’s not so much of how bad the car was does, it’s more so of how bad the person does “scrubbing” or cleaning the back of every vehicle. You see him clear as day cleaning the car ahead of you before it’s your turn to enter and he puts little to no effort at all trying to actually clean the back of the vehicle since the machine doesn’t reach that part. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this car wash!! During a very busy period, it was clear that the operation was poorly managed. The owner was aggressively rushing employees, repeatedly telling them to move faster, which created a tense and uncomfortable environment. The employees appeared visibly stressed and overwhelmed, and the situation reflected a lack of professionalism!!!!!!! More importantly, the quality of the car wash was unacceptable.
