Unnecessary pain sometimes. Burning of the nails and had to ask for water to soak my feet while having a pedicure. Definitely not professional
I went in to get acrylic nails done at Sparkles nails. I read the reviews and it looks like I had a similar experience to some others. The nail tech was very rough and she filed my nails down to basically nothing on the sides, to the point it hurt for two days afterwards. She came across as rude and kept answering calls while doing my nails. The service took 2 and a half hours.. anywhere else I have went was an hour.
