Worsts experience both times I went, I’d say there pretty garbage.
Most people you find writing a bad review spend a lot of time doing so. I never really post anything but thought this would be the right time to do so. With any SERVICE industry there are good and bad, days and people. Of course on a busy day I know the service is not as good as it would be on a slow day so as a consumer I manage that. I worked for them for almost two years and the people were friendly even though there was a bit of a language barrier between me and them but overall I liked working there and it was a good job
The car wash is good and those washing the car are very freindly, but they frequently miss the details like spilled coffee. The girls at the front desk are very rude and uninformed. They frequently treat you like you just interrupted them. I like the convenience of Sparkles car wash, but the customer service is horrible and I don't think I will be returning.
