A fantastic car wash experience — I was surprised at how the whole vehicle looked brand new after the wash. The service was also exceptionally thoughtful, with a message sent immediately after the job was done. It was truly a pleasant and satisfying experience.

I was a customer of the Sparkle Mt Ommaney store and can say I strongly discourage any potential customers from taking your car here. I was extremely shocked and appalled at the lack of care and customer service. I took my car to the Sparkle shop for a detail. When I returned to pick up my car I instantly noticed the steering was completely loose (to the point I thought my car was going to be undrivable) which it had not been when I had given it to them. Fast, friendly service and my car looks spotless! The staff was professional, and the attention to detail was impressive. Definitely coming back—best wash I've had in a long time.
