This week was my first visit to the Inspirada location. The location manager Jeremy is so talented. His immaculate professionalism in executing the styling of the hair cannot be compared to anything you may have experienced in the salon sphere. Highly recommend.
I love this place! The staff is superb! Specially Jeremy! I’ve going there for so long!
I called to book an appointment and the gentleman was extremely rude taking my information for my appointment and completely annoyed with me asking a few questions about the services the salon provides. I had intentions to book for other things but it seemed impossible to do! I questioned if this salon is in business to make money and take clients or turn away work! I was extremely shocked by his behavior and lack of customer services! I ended up hanging up the phone and taking my business elsewhere.
I love that they now have a location at Inspirada, because every time I try to book at Henderson location is always booked! Not to mention this location is so beautiful!
