The worst perm I've ever had in my life! The owner refused to refund the 80 dollars it cost me. The owner also said they don't do perms , I asked why didn't your workers tell me that, the owner said no refund but she would give me a color and hair style and not charge me.

Let me start buy saying I've been a client of sparkles since its been vent ...The manager Jeremy is so unprofessional and rude ,how the owner trusts this man to run her business is beyond insane ....First on his days he never answers the phone and when you walk in its a bother...Anthony heidi and Heather are the only reason I continue to come here...He messes up appts and charges for his mistake ..would love to speak to the owner about how he running her business into the ground .......thank you kindly

I walked in this morning around 930. I had a question about an email that I received so I wanted to get more information. There was nobody in the shop. Jeremy who happened to be in the back walked up and the first thing he said to me is “do you have a question? Not a hello or how can I help you? Do you have a question?
