The staff was friendly. Weekend wash was not a busy one. But since the area (car park) don't have enough lighting, the staff cannot see some part of the car dirt were not washed/cleaned properly. Suggestion to the management: Add more flourescent or spot lights on the carwash area for the convenience of your staff.
No access, no answer to calls and no answer to texts. I tried to visit a few days ago. The are located behind a boom gate in the right hand side sky city carpark. There was a sign with a number to call. No answer. Tried again a few hours later call diverted with mail box full announcement. Texted number 0426731614, after 48 hours no response. I finally did get a response, but only after this review went online. I change my review score from 1 to 3. I would probably call prior to taking the trip to visit this car wash.
Excellent service, really nice staff and a spotless car.
