Donna and her team came to do a deep clean for us this spring. She was timely, tedious, quiet and respectful. She cleaned everything that we asked for and even organized my kids book shelves! They no-showed my appointment, never returned my voicemail or email following up, THEN 10 days after the missed appointment, I received an email saying service was completed, "place is ready to visit". I responded to the email stating service wasn't completed and my service was no-showed, still no response. I signed the contract they requested, sent it back to them with my address as requested, and then didn't hear anything back.
