I hired them to do a deep clean of my house. Donna was very professional, coming to my house when all the other businesses I contacted just gave me a quote over the phone without seeing where they would be cleaning. Donna, Lauren, & Michelle did an AMAZING job cleaning my entire house after concrete dust (from a major job being done in my basement) ended up absolutely everywhere in my house. These ladies are professional and personable! When I returned to my house, Donna did a walk through with me to make sure I was happy with the cleanliness of my house. I had my first cleaning done with Sparkle and Shine Cleaning Service and I’m beyond happy! Jasir, Savannah and Leici exceeded my expectations! They were very nice, showed up on time, even a little earlier (which I appreciated) and were very thorough ! They had attention to detail as well ! I am looking forward to the next time I have my house cleaned with this company! They cleaned the areas in my home I have trouble with so well and previous cleaning people never even touched !!!
