Unfortunately communication with this company is inefficient and is disorganized. We have tried repeatedly to work things out. We have been assured several times our concerns will be taken care of, only to have them happen over again. We will no longer deal with them.
We got our move out cleaning done by Sparkle & Sheen and while the cleaning itself was done great we also had booked a carpet cleaning service that was cancelled day of which put us in a tough spot as the new house buyers were moving in the next day. The communication during the original house cleaning was very good however the carpet cleaning machine breaking and not having another appointment available for about a week was quite frustrating. Getting a hold of the company is very easy and they have great customer service.
