I recently hired Sparkle and Sheen to help clean my apartment and it looks better now than when I first moved in. Caitlyn and Bethann were amazing and the entire place is spotless ; floors, windows, kitchen , everything is clean and looks wonderful . Good cleaning service unprofessional staff only respond back in their own interest or go ghost. Over promised and undelivered. Cleaning techs do a good job cleaning
This company hit a new low this past weekend. My nephew got married and had them booked to clean up the rented hall after the meal. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND WOULD NOT ANSWER CALLS!! So wedding guests had to cancel their evening plans and do the job Sparkle & Sheen was hired to do. Not exactly a perfect end to a beautiful day. Had such a great experience with Sparkle & Sheen for our move-out cleaning last Saturday! The place was left absolutely spotless. Honestly couldn't have asked for more. A huge shoutout to Adrian, Angie, and Samantha for their incredible work. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every little detail.
