We engaged Sparkle Pool and Spas to supply and install a brand new pool. The pool has failed/leaked dramatically within 4 months of being installed, with little response to come to an arrangement to have the pool fixed, we lodged a complaint with Fair Trading to be advised that Sparkle Poll and Spas was not licenced to quote and arrange works to this degree. Dishonest. Hired for pool maintenance. Blake said it was “done” and the pool was salted. Yet there was no salt on the invoice. Took pool water for independent testing. Salt was way too low. The pool was dangerously over-chemicalized. Had to purchase additional chemicals to compensate for the negligent job.

I'm sure they are nice friendly folk but I wouldn't know despite living in Engadine and owning a pool for 35 years because every time I've been in there to get salt,chlorine or shock the woman is either on the phone or explaining pool maintenance instructions to somebody for 15 mins, I guess they are doing pretty well though if they can afford to take phone calls when there is people standing around in the store waiting to be served.....I've stood in that shop twice recently for just over 10 mins and had to go because I just... read more

Incredibly helpful team. After struggling to find the right spare part for my chlorinator at other pool shops, these guys went above and beyond to source exactly what I needed. They also provided a great deal of advice on how to carry out simple maintenance. Their knowledge, patience and great customer service made all the difference!
