I'm sure they are nice friendly folk but I wouldn't know despite living in Engadine and owning a pool for 35 years because every time I've been in there to get salt,chlorine or shock the woman is either on the phone or explaining pool maintenance instructions to somebody for 15 mins, I guess they are doing pretty well though if they can afford to take phone calls when there is people standing around in the store waiting to be served.....I've stood in that shop twice recently for just over 10 mins and had to go because I just... read more
Incredibly helpful team. After struggling to find the right spare part for my chlorinator at other pool shops, these guys went above and beyond to source exactly what I needed. They also provided a great deal of advice on how to carry out simple maintenance. Their knowledge, patience and great customer service made all the difference!
New pool owner here… or at least 2-years in since buying a house with a pool. Can only say great things about Blake and the team. From getting the water checked and getting little lessons on pool maintenance (for free) to recently getting my sand filter replaced. Everything has been honest, to the point and easy. Thank you guys for your help. I won’t be going anywhere else and highly recommend anyone with a pool to go and check in at Sparkle at least once or twice to try for yourself.
Blake supplied and installed a replacement above ground pool that was in ground with deck surround. Ziggy was a master installer, really happy with the experience.
