Worst experience ever. The new Sparkle pool owners do not stand behind their work. Day 1 they show up with no sand. We get up on day 2, and the pool has no water. When they finally show up 2 weeks later, we get no phone call, and no knock on the door. Found out they were on our property by looking out the window. Approximately 2 weeks later same ordeal. They put no new sand and did not smooth out the sand that was left, which caused the new liner to puncture. To date they owe us over 3,000.00, after we had to hire another gu... read more

Sparkle pools was very easy to work with. I was having issues with my pool heater and they fixed it asap!
