Gary and the installation crew did a great job installing the cover on our pool. They were on time and quick. They did not crack any of the rock on the pool deck. Today Sparkle Pool replaced my pool filter. My old one was over 20 years old and wasn’t doing the job it should. I called Sparkle pools and they had someone out the next day taking pictures, measuring, and making recommendations. Gary sent me an estimate a day or so later. His pricing of the filter, parts, etc was as good or better than what I found on Amazon. I thought the labor was very reasonable. I approved the estimate and Gary set up a time to do the work. Very responsive. Gary has excellent communication and runs a very professional company. Craig, the tech who came to troubleshoot and get our pool up and running was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable and followed through exactly like he said he would. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in fact I’ve referred a best friend who is looking for a pool contractor to put in a new in ground pool.
