I have been training one on one and through Tough Gems with Kiki. Tough Gems is a great place to start especially if you are new or getting back into a routine. Each session is manageable and always encouraged to do you and listen to your body. The results for me are less aches & pain, increased flexibility, better sleep and stress reduction. Also….Kiki makes it fun!!!
I loved the Tough Gems class. Kiki is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, instructor who always makes workouts fun. Tough Gems was a great introduction to working out with weights. Not only did I feel stronger and fitter after taking the course, but using weights increased my shoulder mobility after an injury. I highly recommend the class.
Kiki is AWESOME! Such a bundle of energy and positivity! Thank you for being so inspiring to me and so many others!
Kiki is just amazing! She is always energetic and encouraging. I definitely recommend her classes!
