My appointment started 30 minutes late. I had made a reservation online. Lisa, who did my nails, was lovely and was able to squeeze the 1 hour pedicure into 30 minutes so I could leave on time. But my original appointment was (I believe) with Boe, who ran 50 minutes over with her other client, leaving Lisa to cover for me (again starting 30 minutes late). Very great detail..nails and feet feel amazing!!
my nail chipped within a few days of my no chip and then completely lifted leaving no polish on the nail. it only lasted 8 days and then i was charged $10 to fix it. this is poor customer service and i will not be returning.
