The service was prompt, the price was fair, and my nails turned out okay. They aren’t exactly what I was hoping for, but they’re good enough. However, the cleanliness and overall environment significantly affected my experience. There was a strong sour smell throughout the salon, and the space felt very disorganized, with supplies and equipment scattered around. The salon could really benefit from a deep cleaning and better organization. A cleaner, more welcoming environment would make a big difference.
i hate to leave a negative review about places but this salon is actually harmful. i went here to get a gel x set removed (wasn’t done by them i just needed them off quickly) when i went back to my regular nail tech a week later she had to deny me because they had filed my real nail bed down so thin. i gave them another chance for a pedicure. when he was filing the gel off my toes it was so painful. i regularly get gel pedicures so i’m very familiar with what it should feel like. he filed my toe nails down so thin that the t... read more
They’re always so friendly and do a great job!
I normally never post negative reviews…but this was literally the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. First, the air conditioner wasn’t on so the salon was very stuffy. I was the only customer which should have been a clue. Then the one employee would barely bother looking up from her phone to help me, and proceeded to pull her phone out and text constantly during my entire pedicure. Very bad service my nails look bad and he tried charging me 40 for a full in I wish everyone could see this 40 dollar fill in looks like very disappointed. I called first before coming in he said 20 dollars but he'd have to see my nails first. When I got to the salon he was trying to charge me 40
