We were contacted by this customer on a Sunday, asking for immediate electrical help, then got upset when we explained there's a dispatch fee for emergency weekend service. Instead of respecting our time like a fellow business owner should, they chose to leave a one-star review over a clearly explained policy. Kaysea is amazing. She took the time to ask what I liked or didn't like about my hair. She inquired about what my hair goals were and how she could help me achieve them. My hair instantly looked healthier. Will definitely be back to see her in November!
Kaysea was awesome with my apprehensive daughter, allowing us to visit and see her studio a few days before our appointment. It made my daughter feel a lot more comfortable when the time for her first haircut came. She easily adapted to my daughter's preference from chair sitting to lap sitting, and gave me great tips on how to care for her wavy hair. We will definitely be back!
The truth is I was very excited to book an appointment, but what I was met with was complete unprofessionalism and gas lighting. A friend of mines also had a horrible experience here. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
Kaysea made it super easy to schedule an appointment. I found her place on Facebook and wasn't really sure what to expect. When she says she's located next to Fast Signs, listen to her. I drove right past it (she's located inside Magnolia Studios which is right next to Fast Signs). The room is small, but it's just the right amount of space for two chairs.
